Pre Presentation

Once we understand what our clients require we set about preparing a system for presentation, this process can take no time at all or require that we configure a system to mimic our proposed solution.

This means that it may be necessary to add additional fields (don't worry it's a built in, 'non programmable' Business One feature), or incorporate additional functionality by using Yuma or SAP Add-on software, such as Radio Beacon for Warehouse management.

But once configured, it allows us to show a solution that is meaningful and that can act as a starting point for pre implementation refinements.

Presentation (Proof)
The presentation is key to our clients understanding of our proposed solution, and to demonstrate that we have correctly understood and addressed the issues they wished to solve.

Presentations are normally delivered at your site, which means that any personnel that need to be involved can attend either all, or lust relevant sections of the event, giving them the flexibility to participate without the need to lose an entire days work.

By the end of a presentation, all parties would have had an opportunity to ask questions and satisfy themselves that our solution is suitable and we would have been able to list any refinements that may have been highlighted during the presentation.
